Happy Anniversary

One year ago, this handsome man and I got married. Yep, m-a-r-r-i-e-d.

Best decision we've ever made? I think so.

Our wedding was such a beautiful, perfect day. Surrounded by friends and family, flowers, and the nerdiest classiest cake ever, we got to celebrate being in love.

Really though, the cake was both nerdy and classy.

Given that our wedding was a year ago (a year!) it is probably time to post some of those wedding photos I promised.

 I would say 90% of our pictures look like the next few. All starry-eyed and mushy. 

There's so much I could say about our first year of marriage: how much we've grown together, how there were a lot of (happy, sad, and happy/sad) tears, how we have supported each other. I could talk about what it was like to get started on establishing a home, how we created traditions together, and how much Ikea furniture we have assembled together (a LOT for anyone who is wondering.)

But mostly I want to say how happy I am that we spent the last year together as man and wife, Mr. and Mrs.

I am so grateful to be married to my best friend.
