I was due for the medication that I get by infusion every 8 weeks at the hospital. My mom and sister met up with us at the Lehi station. They dropped me off at the hospital and took Luc out shopping until I was done. |

Our baby drinking some water out of a bottle. He has a hard time figuring out cups. He's getting so big. Does he even qualify as a baby anymore? |

I ordered a new cage for Artoo this week. When it arrived, it was... a little bigger than anticipated. Oops. Luckily a nice man from KSL wanted to buy it from me. |

Tom's mom came up to see us this week. We had a lovely afternoon hanging out together. When Tom got off work, we all went out to dinner together. Lucas giving kisses to grandma. (Also, please note the most delicious churro in the foreground. So good.) |

Our hot water heater briefly stopped working this week. This is the very cold photo I took post-shower. I was feeling very sorry for myself. |

Typical. |

Smoochin' everybody. |
This week:
- Lucas figured out how to pucker up and ask for kisses. He now wants to give kisses to everyone he sees. It is my favorite thing he has ever done. He likes to run at me, lips first, all day long.
- On the train ride to Lehi, we passed by some wind mills. Lucas frantically signed "ceiling fan" over and over, clapped, and giggled. This boy loves fans. These giant outside fans were just too much for him to handle.
- I now receive applause from Luc for nursing him. After he finishes nursing on each side, he gives me a big smile and a round of applause. I'll take it.
- Tom has started biking to work. He gets to enjoy some built in exercise in his day and I get access to the car during the day. This is especially great news because Luc gets very, very bored at home every day. He is a total extrovert and needs to get out and see the world as much as possible.
- I took Luc to see the optometrist for an
InfantSEE appointment. (His eyes look great, btw.) Lucas was very cooperative and still for the appointment because there were so many new things to stare at. The optometrist commented on what a "calm" baby he was. I think that's the first and only time he's ever been accused of being calm.
