Week 21 - 2018

This week:
- One day, Luc was refusing to eat his lunch. Once I "gave a bite" to his dino, though, he was all over it. He also gave his dinosaur a drink from his cup of milk. Peer pressure I guess? From a dinosaur.
- Lucas loves to spin himself in circles until his is so dizzy he can't stand up (thanks to his Uncle Bub for that one). He also loves to do a stomp dance around the living room.
- With my back being really out of whack, it's been hard to lift a squirmy, heavy toddler. He has been responsible for marching himself up the stairs and walking next to me in public. He actually loves the extra independence.
- Luc had his first (disastrous) visit to the dentist. He had a little staining on his baby teeth I was concerned about. It's just cosmetic and sadly permanent. Sigh. (Caused by some vitamin drops that he needed due to some low iron levels a few months ago.) The dentist visit was traumatic for both of us.
- Lucas has been begging for "ba ba boo" (Puffin Rock) and wind the bobbin up (Little Baby Bum, communicated by sign) every second of every day.
- Tom took Luc to Toys R Us to check out their going out of business sale. Luc is now set on toys for a long while.
- We came across several dogs this week. Every time Luc sees a dog he LOSES HIS MIND. He starts panting and yipping and pointing. He is really good about petting them gently and holds really still when they give him kisses. He's obsessed.
