Coffee cake as a weekend breakfast treat |
This week:
- We hear a lot of planes go overhead because we live close to the airbase. Each time we hear a loud, low-flying plane Luc freezes in place. Then he gets this reverential look on his face and points to the sky saying "paaaaane!"
- Luc has been using a lot more complete, clear words including pizza, boat, block, bath, push, dog, show, that (he points to things and says, "that?" when he wants to know what it is called), water, tree, and park.
- Lucas has been climbing EVERYTHING and getting into EVERYTHING. He wags his finger and says "no, no, no, no" before doing something mischievous.
- I got my haircut this past weekend. When Luc saw me he stared for a minute while he ran his hands through his own hair. Then he wanted to touch my hair while tenderly saying, "mamama". Then he shoved my hair in his mouth. I guess he approves.
